Chebetuk is a peaceful highland region surrounded by waterfalls, natural caves, and terraced farms tucked within the dramatic cliffs of the Elgeyo Escarpment. It’s largely unknown to mainstream tourism, yet rich in Kalenjin culture, eco-wildlife, and breathtaking scenery.


Local Legend:

The name Chebetuk comes from a folk tale about a girl who disappeared into the cliffs after singing to the spirits of the wind. Elders say if you visit just before dawn, you’ll still hear her voice echoing from the rocks.

Day 1: Scenic Arrival & Cultural Welcome
